This roof cleaning was done on a 12+ year old roof. There were areas with medium to heavy algae growth which took 2 soft wash applications. The final result was outstanding, our customer remarked that it looked like a new roof!

Todays project was a metal roof cleaning. This roof had years of algae growth and mildew. We did three applications of our roof wash mix and it cleaned up really well. Today's project was a roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and driveway cleaning. The shingle roof has heavy tree coverage and had not been cleaned in a number of years. We applied 2 overall applications and some really bad areas got 3 applications. We also pressure washed the driveway pad, sidewalk, and walkway.
