I’m so glad I stumbled across Power Wash Pros when I was searching for someone to pressure wash my home. The website was user friendly, and it was easy to get a quote and schedule for the service online. Garry was flexible, friendly, and professional. The date of service, Garry called to advise that he might need to reschedule due to inclement weather which would have caused it to be unsafe for him to be on the roof (which made total sense), however, I asked if he would be able to at least come out and pressure wash my drive so I could meet the deadline of my HOA request for the drive to be cleaned, and he had no problem coming out to get that part taken care of. Once he got out, he realized that the weather seemed like it was going to hold so he was able to proceed with the entire roof and house wash as well. He finished everything in a timely, efficient manner, and the house looked AMAZING once it was done!! I also felt that the cost was affordable and competitive. I will definitely be using Power Wash Pros again!

We used Garry of power wash pros to clean a pool enclosure/deck, complete house wash and gutter clean out.. Garry and his son were phenomenal. He was extremely professional, kind and courteous. Garry was able to tackle the rather large job in one day and even worked with our difficult schedule to get it done before storms took hold that weekend. The quality of work they did was beyond expectations. Me and my wife had a newborn recently and Garry and his son even did our driveway and walkway as a special congratulations even though it was not in our proposal and was an extra service. If you want a personable, professional hard working crew choose this company we will be using them again in the future.Update** we just did a repeat service of our gutters and added a roof wash this time around. We are 7 months from our first service and still couldn’t be happier with the job done. We didn’t even have to repeat our house or pool enclosure this time around because no mold, moss or algae have grown back yet! Impressive. What a great experience! We were in desperate need of having our pavers cleaned – they were fairly grimy compared to our neighbors. We requested a quote and PWP came out the same day to look at the driveway. A few days later they cleaned the pavers and the driveway now looks great. I used Power Wash Pros to clean my office building a few months ago. Garry was prompt with a reasonable quote and completed the job on schedule.

After the building dried there was some discoloration under the soffit so I asked Garry to stop by and take a look. He came by the same day and re-washed those areas and wanted to know if I was satisfied before I paid him! The stains weren't something he missed, just some dirt above the soffits that dripped down when they got wet.

We met with Garry the owner and agreed upon a price to clean our pool lanai and deck which quite frankly was way past due for a professional deep cleaning. Garry proposed a time which was convenient for our schedule and then emailed a reminder 24 hours before the appointment. From the first scheduled meeting and through the entire process Garry and his team were respectful and always professional. He quickly noticed a few locations where the screening were lose, which frankly I would never have seen, but they require immediate attention with the approaching Hurricane season. Our deck and lanai hasn't looked this clean since it was installed, and with Power Wash Pros pointing out the screening issue, actually saved me money with a future major repair. Polite, professional, and no heavy chemicals utilized or high pressure spraying or lingering smell. We are quite pleased and would highly recommend Power Wash Pros, especially if your lanai and pool deck hasn't been professionally cleaned for a while.

I was behind him in traffic on a Friday morning, called the number and he met me at my home about 30 minutes later to provide an estimate. Mr. Cooper is awesome. I called him on the 2nd and he was able to get to me quickly the next day. He power washed 2 of my rental houses for me the same day. I so wish I would have taken before pictures but omg I cant say enough about the job he did just awesome. He was on time and well equipped and prepared for the job. The price was very fair and the tenants called me exclaiming about how nice the houses looked. They stated that it encouraged them to do some yard work and add flowers. Quick story, my HOA washes the patio homes in our neighborhood every other year. We are about to list our home for sale (3 months out from our scheduled wash from the HOA), and we’re told if we needed it done sooner it would be up to us (good old HOAs!). First of all... Garry actually answers your phone call and text immediately. This is a quality lost in today's contractors. He gave an immediate bid that is a fraction of the cost of other local companies for the same service. Not to name any names but another highly rated Gainesville company took two weeks to give me a bid that was twice the price. I had to tell them that the job was already done weeks ago.Awesome work. We had a 16 year old roof that the previous owner neglected. Upon moving in, we though we had to replace the roof within a year because it just looks awful. Called Garry and now it is unbelievable the difference. Now I think we got another 15 years left on it.Best of all, if you ever need touch up work, he responds really quickly and gets his crew out there either same or next day to get it done instead of ignoring your phone calls. I normally do not give reviews but Garry runs a top notch business.

It was rather a fluke that we ended up with Gary and Power Wash Pros. We have had any number of power washing folks do portions of our home over the yers but this time the need was for a metal roof with significant discoloration and staining. First not many will touch metal roofs for good reason - water and various solutions make them ice rinks BUT from the moment we met Gary we knew he was a far different deal. HE WAS EXCELLENT. He has an obvious concern for the safe use and environmental impact of any of his solutions and the JOB made our home look THE best its looked in ..well decades A great job PLUS we are veterans and as turns out so is Gary. His sign has a US flag in it !!! Just a wonderful experience all around. Rare to see anyone in any concern with a cumulative ratings too this high but it is more than warranted.

Our asphalt shingle roof had a virtual garden growing on it. One company recommended several applications of Round-Up, another company suggested we get a new roof despite the fact that the roof is less than 10 years old.I called Garry Cooper at Power Wash and he described to me what he would do; Blow off the loose debris, pull the plant material and its roots out by hand, then soft wash the roof with water and a biodegradable roof cleaner, and clean the gutters (which turned out to be full of mud and plant growth).He did just what he said he would but also cleaned the fascia around the entire house. He and his son worked for hours on the roof and they left the yard clean and neat, there were no signs of work trash, and best of all, the roof looks absolutely pristine. In fact the roof looks brand new. It was a job well done.
